- It's of 肉碎 Minced meat (100g).

Heat oil in wok and add the garlic, taucheo, fermented black beans and chilli. - 热油,加入蒜米,虾米,肉碎炒香。 Heat oil, and add in minced garlic, dried shrimp and minced meat. Stir-fry.
- 加入紫包菜翻炒 Add red cabbage and stir-fry.
- 加入一汤匙酱清,少许胡椒粉,翻炒。加入半杯清水,闷煮5分钟。Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and some pepper powder, stir-fry. Add half a cup of water and simmer for 5mins.
