Ingredients of Red Chutney
- Prepare 0 of ne whole garlic (peeled cloves).
- It's 15-17 of red button chillies.
- Prepare 3/4 Tbs of seasame seed.
- You need of Salt.
- You need of Vinegar.
Red Chutney step by step
- First of all soak red chilies in vinegar for half and hour.
- Roast sesame seed.
- Put peeled garlic in pestle and mortar, add roasted sesame seed along eed button chilies.
- Start meshing it all, once all meshed, add salt and little bit vinegar (soaked chili vinegar).
- And take it out in small bowl.
- Serve with any kind of paratha. I did with Aluu paratha.
