  1. You need 1 of big boiled and mashed potato.
  2. It's 1 cup of sugar.
  3. You need 1 cup of fresh coconut (desiccated can be used).
  4. It's 2 tsp of ghee.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.

  1. Take a non stick pan and add in ghee, potato and coconut. Mix them well..
  2. Add in sugar and again mix ir continuously for 15-20 min on low heat..
  3. Add in cardamom powder and mix till the mixture is dry..
  4. Pour the mixture on a greased plate and let it cool down. Once cooled cut into pieces. You can garnish with pistachio and almonds..
