- You need 500 gram of All -purpose flour (maida).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of carom seeds.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of salt.

- Take a big mixing bowl and mix all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup ghee, carom seeds and salt, mix very well. Make a soft dough using warm water and leave it for 30 minutes.
