- Prepare 6 slices of bread.
- It's 500 ml of milk.
- Prepare 200 ml of condensed milk.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cardamom powered.
- Prepare of Nuts for garnishing.
- Prepare of Oil for frying.
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1.5 cup of water.
Instant Shahi tukray step by step
- Make sheera with 1 cup sugar and 1.5 cup water. Cook till sugar dissolve. Keep a side to cool.
- Toast bread slices with oil from both sides. Keep a side.
- Take a sauce pan add milk and cook to reduce to half.
- Add condensed milk and cardamom powder in that and mix again. Turn off heat.
