Ingredients of Sekhh kabab
- It's of qerma half kg.
- You need gram of masala powder 1tb sp.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sekh kabab masala.
- It's of papaya paste 2tb sp.
- It's 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of kachri powder.
- It's of ginger garlic paste.
Sekhh kabab instructions
- Take a big bowl.
- Add all qeema in it add all spices and papaya paste kachri powder in it mix well.
- Rest it for 5 to y hour in a room temperature.
- After it take a pan fry onion brown it add qeema in it cook until oil left.
- If not tender add 1 cup water to more tender in a slow flame.
- Take another pan add chopped onion fry till brown pour in to qeema.
- Sekh kabab ready serve with onion and green chilli and ginger.
