- First of all make sugar syrup add half cup of sugar in a pot and add half cup of water add few cardamom and dissolve the sugar then turn off the flame.
- Then make small pieces of bread slices then add milk gradually and slowly make a smooth dough.
- Then make small balls make sure there should be no cracks (daba daba ker sakht haathon se ball banayien)press hard between your palm and make balls.
- Now in low flame in a frying pan add all balls and shallow fry don't use any spoon just rotate the frying pan in circular motion and make it golden brown colour.
- Now put gulab jamun into hot sugar syrup and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now take it out in a serving dish and decorate with anything you like.
- Serve hot and enjoy !.
