- It's 1/2 kg of okara.
- It's 800 gm of meat.
- It's 2 of medium onions.
- It's 2 of large tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of whole spice powder.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger paste.

Bhindi gosht step by step
- Wash okara nicely with water. Completely dry them and remove stems.
- Cut them into 2.5 to 3 inches pieces..
- Heat oil and sautay okara for 3-4 minutes. And take out in a plate. Keep a side.
- In the remaining oil add sliced onions and sautay till golden brown.
- Add meat, ginger garlic paste in it and sautay till color of meat become light golden.
- Add salt, red chilli, coriander, turmeric powder and mix till oil seperated from masala..
- Now add water and let meat cook till soft..
- Than dried out water and mix meat till oil seperated again from masala.
- At this stage add okara and slitted green chillies mix well..
- Add some water to make okara soften. Than Sprinkle whole spice powder on top. Mix and keep on simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off flame and dish out. Enjoy with Naan or chapati.
