  2. It's 1/4 cup of long basmati rice.
  3. Prepare to taste of Sugar.
  4. It's 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of chopped almonds.

Rice Kheer instructions

  1. To make the rice kheer.wash and soak the rice in enough water for half an hour,drain and keep aside..
  2. Rise a deep non-stick pan and heat the milk..
  3. Add the rice,mix well and cook in a slow flam for 30 -40 mints.
  4. Add the sugar and mix well..
  5. Add the cordamom powder and add almonds.
  6. Swich off the flameand serve the rice kheer.
