Ingredients of Airfried Thekua

  1. Prepare 3/4 cup of wheat flour.
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of dessicated coconut.
  3. Prepare 1 of /2 tbsp ghee.
  4. It's 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of snauf.
  6. Prepare 3-4 of almond finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup of finely chopped jaggery.
  8. It's 1/4 cup of milk.

Airfried Thekua step by step

  1. Melt jaggery in milk on slow flame. Keep aside..
  2. In mixing bowl add wheat flour, dessicated coconut, cardamom powder,snauf, almond flakes. Mix well. Add ghee and make crumble like mixture..
  3. Add jaggery- milk mixture and bind into semi soft dough..
  4. Knead dough again and make 10-12 equal portions. Give shape of leaf to each and with the help of toothpick make design on it as shown..
  5. Place in preheated Airfryer mesh. Bake in Airfryer for 15-17 minutes at 180 temperature..till crispy golden brown..
  6. Relish/ Serve Delicious Airfried Thekua at tea time..
