Ingredients of Airfried Thekua
- Prepare 3/4 cup of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of dessicated coconut.
- Prepare 1 of /2 tbsp ghee.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of snauf.
- Prepare 3-4 of almond finely chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of finely chopped jaggery.
- It's 1/4 cup of milk.
Airfried Thekua step by step
- Melt jaggery in milk on slow flame. Keep aside..
- In mixing bowl add wheat flour, dessicated coconut, cardamom powder,snauf, almond flakes. Mix well. Add ghee and make crumble like mixture..
- Add jaggery- milk mixture and bind into semi soft dough..
- Knead dough again and make 10-12 equal portions. Give shape of leaf to each and with the help of toothpick make design on it as shown..
- Place in preheated Airfryer mesh. Bake in Airfryer for 15-17 minutes at 180 temperature..till crispy golden brown..
- Relish/ Serve Delicious Airfried Thekua at tea time..
