- As forth subside again pour 2 tbsp of prepared bAtter.
- Do, this process for 8-10 times by making hole in centre with knife/spoon, try on medium flame tillcrispy golden.
- Scrap the sides gently with knife to losen up ghevar from frying pan,take out careful and take a stand place ghevar on that.
- Take a kafhI add sugar and water, until sugar disolve until one string.. once ghevar slightly cool and sprinkle sugar syrup. Nicrly and nw apply malai.
