- It's 1/4 cup of Corn Flour.
- You need 1/2 cup of Maida.
- You need 1 cup of Crushed Corn Flakes.

- First we make Vegetables mixture..
- U can use any pan. Heat it put some oil..
- Add jeera once it splattered, we are going to add ginger garlic paste and green chilly..
- After that add onion. We will cook it for a minute in medium to high flame..
- Now add frozen corn, peas and carrot..
- Add salt as per taste and also add chilly powder and coriander Powder..
- After that add cumin powder and a pinch of sugar.
- We will cook for about 2-3 min in medium flame..
- Now add paneer. After two minutes add potatoes mix it completely..
- Now add bread crumbs..
- Turn of gas and mix well. Mixture is ready..
- Now we'll shape them, and cover it..
- Keep freezer for about 1 hour.
- After 1 hour you will get your vegetable fingers..
- Time for batter.
- Take a bowl and add cornflour and maida..
- Now we are going to make a thin batter by using water..
- Batter is ready..
- Take another bowl and add bread crumbs and blended cornflakes.
- Now take a finger dip inside the batter and then coat it immediately with breadcrumbs and cornflakes..
- If you want perfect crunch do it twice..
- Now fry it..
- So take a Pan and add oil, when oil is hot in medium and high flame..
