  1. Prepare 1 tbsp of Oil.

  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of Peas.

  15. You need of Paneer 30 gm grated.
  16. Prepare of Potatoes 2 boiled and mashed.
  17. It's 1 cup of Bread crumbs.
  18. It's 1/4 cup of Corn Flour.
  19. You need 1/2 cup of Maida.
  20. You need 1 cup of Crushed Corn Flakes.
  21. You need of Oil to deep fry.

  1. First we make Vegetables mixture..
  2. U can use any pan. Heat it put some oil..
  3. Add jeera once it splattered, we are going to add ginger garlic paste and green chilly..
  4. After that add onion. We will cook it for a minute in medium to high flame..
  5. Now add frozen corn, peas and carrot..
  6. Add salt as per taste and also add chilly powder and coriander Powder..
  7. After that add cumin powder and a pinch of sugar.
  8. We will cook for about 2-3 min in medium flame..
  9. Now add paneer. After two minutes add potatoes mix it completely..
  10. Now add bread crumbs..
  11. Turn of gas and mix well. Mixture is ready..
  12. Now we'll shape them, and cover it..
  13. Keep freezer for about 1 hour.
  14. After 1 hour you will get your vegetable fingers..
  15. Time for batter.
  16. Take a bowl and add cornflour and maida..
  17. Now we are going to make a thin batter by using water..
  18. Batter is ready..
  19. Take another bowl and add bread crumbs and blended cornflakes.
  20. Now take a finger dip inside the batter and then coat it immediately with breadcrumbs and cornflakes..
  21. If you want perfect crunch do it twice..
  22. Now fry it..
  23. So take a Pan and add oil, when oil is hot in medium and high flame..
  24. Keep the flame high..
  25. Deep fry them until they are golden in colour..
  26. Let take them out in tissue paper..
  27. Veggie Fingers is ready..
