- Prepare 200 of grm yogurt.

- You need 2 of bay leaves.
- You need 1 of onion slices.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Garlic paste.
- It's 1/2 cup of tomato puree.
- Prepare 40 of grm Desi Ghee.
- Prepare 80 ml of oil.
- It's of Garnishing.
- Prepare of Green chilli, green coriander leaves and Julien cut ginger.
Ghost Bathinde Wala step by step
- Heat oil in a pan..
- Add red chilli whole,bay leaves and oinon and cook for about 2 minutes..
- Add mutton and cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame..
- Add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and Desi Ghee..
- Cook for 5 minutes..
- Add yogurt, tomato puree, green cardamom powder, Mace powder, black cardamom powder and cook for another 5 minutes..
- Add water as required and simmer until properly cooked..
- Add Garam Masala Powder and stir well..
- Garnish the green chilli, green coriander leaves and ginger..
- Serve hot with roti or naan..
