- It's 600 gm of mutton chops cleaned and washed.
- You need 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of green chilli paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
- It's 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- You need 2 of eggs.
- It's 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of bread crumbs.
- You need As needed of Oil for frying.
Mutton Chops fry instructions
- In a pressure cooker add the chops, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kitchen king masala, black pepper powder, salt, halfcup water and mix well. Cook first on high flame till first whistle then on slow flame till second whistle. Or cook till tender as pressure cookers differ.
- If there is water left cook till the water dries and chops are well coated with the masala.
- In a deep plate whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper powder. Put the bread crumbs in the plate.
- Heat oil in a pan. Take the masala coated chop and first dip in bread and then dip in egg and fry on medium flame till golden in colour on both sides. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue.serve hot..
