- Sub sy pehle yakhni k liye gosh main 1 tsp salt, 1 onion sabit, lehsan ki ek pothi, adarak ka tukra, teez patta 2, aur pani add kr k yakhni ready kr lein pani etna add krein k gosht gal jaye aur 2 glass yakhni reh jaye.
- Rice ko 30 min k liye soak kr lein.
- Aub ek khole patele main ghee garam kr k onion add krein aur sath hi sare sabit garam masale add kr dein.
- Onion brown ho jaye tu yakhni main sy gosht nekal kr add krein aur ginger garlic paste add krein aur 5 min tak ache sy bhon lein.
- 5 min bad yuguort add krein aur ek bar phir sy bhon lein sath hari mirch dalein aur jafal, jawetri, safeed elachi powder bhi add kr dein.
- Aub soak rice pani nekal kr add kr dein aur gosht ki yakhni add krein agar zarorat ho tu thora pani add kr sakte hain salt add krein aur pulao k midium flem pr pakne dein.
- Boil aa jaye tu ek bar chala dein aur flem slow kr dein dam pr ane lage tu zarde ka rang aur kewra water add kr k dam laga dein 10 min k liye.
- Garam garam serve krein salad aur Taite k sath.
