  1. It's 5 of eggs (about 255 gr).
  2. It's 450 ml of unsweetened soya bean milk.
  3. It's 1/4 tsp of salt.
  4. Prepare 10 gr of corn flour.

Homemade Egg Tofus step by step

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Soya milk can be homemade or store bought soya milk. Prepare baking pan, layer it with baking paper and spray some oil on the surface..
  2. Mix all ingredients together until smooth..
  3. Strain the egg mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Prepare your steamer. Pls cover the lid with some kitchen towel. If you forget this step, the tofu will not be smooth and will have a lot of bubbles. I forgot this step :) steam for about 20-30 minutes until the tofu is set..
  5. Done. If you keep it overnight in the fridge, the texture will be firmer. You can use this tofu for stir fry, soup etc..
  6. I cut the tofu into cubes, fry it in hot oil until a bit brownish. And stir fry the tofu with mixed vegetables. Healthy and easy!.
