- It's 5 of eggs (about 255 gr).
- It's 450 ml of unsweetened soya bean milk.
- It's 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 10 gr of corn flour.

- Prepare all ingredients. Soya milk can be homemade or store bought soya milk. Prepare baking pan, layer it with baking paper and spray some oil on the surface..
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth..
- Strain the egg mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Prepare your steamer. Pls cover the lid with some kitchen towel. If you forget this step, the tofu will not be smooth and will have a lot of bubbles. I forgot this step :) steam for about 20-30 minutes until the tofu is set..
- Done. If you keep it overnight in the fridge, the texture will be firmer. You can use this tofu for stir fry, soup etc..
- I cut the tofu into cubes, fry it in hot oil until a bit brownish. And stir fry the tofu with mixed vegetables. Healthy and easy!.
